I can confirm that Electus Matari has declared a routine war on The Obsidian Front. We regularly declare wars on targets on our red list. The Obsidian Front was informed of being set red to Electus Matari together with the reasons on 113.03.02. As was the case back then, we are still happy to negotiate standings if The Obsidian Front wishes to cease criminal activities. ("Criminal" here refers to our crime definitions - we do not care how you call your crimes.)
If you wish to negotiate, please contact one of our diplomats. Ludicrous accusations on IGS are not a useful approach.
